Early Autism Study

There is new research being conducted which will inform parents and medical professionals about the likelihood of your child being autistic. Science Daily has a story about the new research tool available to diagnose children as young as nine months! That is great news for those parents who “know” something is wrong, but struggle in their interactions with the medical community. Early diagnosis can lead to a much better outcome for our children and their ability to function in society.

One Response to “Early Autism Study”

  1. If only this had been possible when my son was young. It wasn’t until he was 13 that he was diagnosed with Aspergers. Since then, things have improved so remarkably, that I am immensely grateful for the help he has been given … and try not to think ‘what if’.
