Five Ways to Fit Exercise Into Your Life

  1. Put the chips and cookies on top of the fridge.  You have to reach, and stretch, to grab them!
  2. Put the soda on the porch.  You have to walk extra steps to get a refreshing drink.
  3. Walk the dogs out to the van every night.  You can then drive the van while they go for a run beside you.
  4. Check out heavy books from the library.  Lifting the extra weight every day is good for you.
  5. Purchase a remote with buttons that are difficult to push.  This will give your fingers the exercise they need every day.
